Why am I so passionate?

I spent a lifetime of ignoring my body and paid the price by developing a very unhealthy body. It’s a long list: obesity, osteoarthritis, osteopenia, insomnia, hypothyroidism, brain fog, mood swings, adrenal fatigue and one heck of a craving for sweets, bread and pasta!
My jaw dropped when I discovered that diet, lifestyle, stress and hormonal imbalance got me into this mess. I did it to myself! When I learned this, I took action and got myself out of my mess simply by dietary and lifestyle changes.
