When you cannot sleep, it is a symptom that the body is out of balance.  And there are lots of factors that go into getting a good night's sleep.  Food is just one component in helping the body get to sleep and stay asleep.  Food is often overlooked.  It literally should be the first thing you do.  It is what builds your body and keeps you in balance.

Let me introduce myself.

There was a time when I felt like I never slept.  I had lots of health problems but it was the insomnia that nearly drove me out of my mind.

Desperate to sleep, I decided to work with food and was shocked to find that within weeks I started to finally get some sleep.  It wasn't perfect but it was a whole lot better.

It was just the beginning of my journey to finding my way back to sleep - every night.  When I found that food and lifestyle were the cause of so many of my problems, I wanted to learn more.

I went back to school to study holistic nutrition because I found that food was that impactful for my mental, emotional and physical health.

I got my energy and my health back.

I am now a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Sleep Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Coach, Reiki Master and creator of the 12 week Let's Get You To Sleep Program.  It did all this because I got back to sleep!
