 I work with women who cannot sleep and are so frustrated because it feels like no one is listening to them and they don’t know what to do.  I used to struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep. It took me years to find the solutions. I studied the science of sleep and learned what really works to get to sleep naturally and what does not work.
